The Crowfield Curse by Pat Walsh

The Crowfield Curse, is literally what’s going on in the book. In this small town of Crowfield, a curse has been cast. Will, a young boy who lost his parents, is the only person who can lift it. Not only does he have the Sight, which is the ability to see fay folk, but he also survived a fire that was supposed to kill every one in the house at the time.
This book mixes religion with myth very well. It is also a great and interesting book that you can get lost in. When it is released, I can see it becoming a banned because of questions that arise in it- one of the main reasons it is so interesting. The ending makes you hope for more.
The group of people that would read this book are ones that like fantasy and suspense, along with anyone who wants to end censorship and read banned books.
